Financial support provided to the students to complete the education is often not enough to achieve their goals. These students who are from remote parts of the State face a lot of challenges while adapting to the College environment. They come with a lot of excess baggage which is overbearing and restrict their chances of success.
Agaram understands this and hence these workshops are conceived and tailor-made from the feedback given by the students, their mentor observation and Industry expectation to equip the students with the necessary skills. Sessions on Personality Development, Value Education, Leadership, Management and Student Wellbeing are conducted through these workshops.
- Basic Training – Communication Skills, Process Skills, Personality Development & Interview Skills.
- Value Added Training – Vocational Training, Computer Skills, Certification Programs, Specialized Courses, Multiple Language Skills, Bank & Civil Services Training.
- Industry Orientation – In-plant Training, Project Work, Internship Opportunities, Chartered Accountancy, Special Certification Courses.
